In the app, you can find your mass hike certificate at the bottom of the home screen, in the “Completed mass hikes” section. Tap the relevant mass hike, and you’ll see a CERTIFICATE button that allows you to download it.
If you can’t find the certificate in the app and your last hike is not listed in the “Completed mass hikes” section, log in to your account here: http://register.trektours.app/login. If the hikes still don’t appear in the app afterward, please contact us at [email protected].
If you want to change your email address, please write to: [email protected].
The ticket is visible in the app only if it was purchased while logged into your account. If you bought it without logging in, the ticket can be found only in your email inbox. Regardless of whether the ticket appears in the app, the route will become available in the app 1–2 days before the event..
The “Upcoming Hikes” section shows only those hikes that have been downloaded. To download a mass hike, it must first appear in the route list, where you’ll see a DOWNLOAD button. Mass hike route cards become visible 1–2 days before the event.
The blue boxes at the top of the home screen display statistics only for hikes that were started and finished using the app. At the bottom of the home screen, you will find the section “Completed mass hikes”. This section counts statistics for all mass hiking events, regardless of whether you started the hike using the app or not.
If you started at the registration tent (your ticket was scanned), the hike will automatically appear in your profile statistics within 2–3 days after the event. If you completed the hike by following a downloaded route and the “Finish hike” button didn’t work — but you want to see it in the blue boxes at the top of the app — write to us at [email protected].
Log in to your account here: http://register.trektours.app/login. If the hikes still don’t appear in the app afterward, contact us at [email protected].
Mass hike routes are unique and are available only on the day of the event. They cannot be repeated afterward, and mass hike routes are not saved in the route list.
No, we also have free routes — give them a try! You can easily find them by going to “Routes” → “List” and applying the filter “Free only”.

Go to “Routes” → “List”, and if you wish, apply the relevant filters to narrow down your search.
After selecting your preferred route, tap the “Download” button at the bottom. Once downloaded, the route will appear on the home screen under “Upcoming hikes.”
When you’re ready to go to the start point, open the app’s home screen, find the route under “Upcoming hikes,” and tap the “DIRECTIONS” button. This will open your preferred map application and display the directions to the start point.
In some maps, reaching the start point requires following additional waypoints (intermediate coordinates). These are displayed in Google Maps as extra stops. It’s important to note that your final destination is the last point on the map. When you reach each marked point, the app may inform you that you’ve “arrived at your destination,” but this doesn’t mean the trip is over yet — you need to tap “Continue the journey” to proceed to the next waypoint until you reach the actual start location.
Yes, some start points are accessible by public transport — the nearest stop may be up to 1 km away. To find such routes easily, in the app go to “Routes” → “List” → “More filters”. Look through the “Features” filter and select “Accessible by public transport.”
When you arrive at the start location, open the TrekTours app, and on the home screen under “Upcoming hikes”, tap the “START HIKE” button. On the virtual map, you’ll see which direction to go — a gray arrow will point along the thick line. The start and finish are marked with special icons. If you can’t see them clearly, zoom in on the map for better visibility.
If you forgot to tap “Finish hike,” please email us at [email protected] with proof that you completed the hike, including the date and route name, so that we can add it to your statistics.
No, the routes are not physically marked (no signs or markings on the trail). You should navigate solely using the virtual route map on your phone.
No — you won’t meet anyone from the TrenkTuras team at the start, during, or at the finish of the route. You’ll experience a completely independent solo adventure using the map on your phone.
Some sections of the hike may be slightly overgrown during the warm season, requiring extra attention. After storms, there may be fallen trees, construction works, or other temporary obstacles. In forested areas, the GPS signal may occasionally weaken or lag.
All Solo hike routes are safe and suitable for hiking with children. However, when choosing a route, you should always consider your child’s age, physical ability, and other individual circumstances.
When hiking with children, we recommend evaluating the following aspects:
Routes that are suitable for hiking with a stroller are marked with a special stroller icon.

If you plan to hike with a stroller, we recommend choosing only these routes. Other routes may have obstacles that are not passable with a stroller, such as uneven terrain, stairs, or narrow paths.
Yes, of course — you’re encouraged to bring your pet! Just remember that for everyone’s safety, pets must be kept on a leash in public areas, and if the breed requires it, wear a muzzle.
Yes, you can hike together with your family or close friends! After downloading the route, you’ll find it on the app’s home screen under “Upcoming hikes.” To share the route, tap the “SHARE” button. Up to five people can participate in a single hike.
